This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes (RFQs) are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941026Q2003. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective 10/01/2025 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change 10/24/2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 813110. The size standard is $13.0 Million. The Product and Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is G002.
