Work of this Contract comprises the following:
*        Replace the three existing boilers with two high efficiency condensing boilers at the
CYOC.
*        Replace all auxiliary heating plant equipment including pumps, expansion tanks, heat
exchangers, chemical treatment devices, system feeders and all piping and valving within
the mechanical room.
*        Replace the existing domestic hot water heating system with a new heat exchanger
system and storage tank fed from the new high efficiency boiler plant.
