Description
Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), on its own behalf and for the benefit of its partner agencies, partnering with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), requests proposals for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to replace MnDOT’s current Learning Management System (LMS) for training and certification program management. The selected responder will configure and implement a centralized SaaS LMS which is intuitive, user-friendly, meets unique training and certification needs, and streamlines the management of training and certification programs. The proposed solution will be scalable and flexible to accommodate the evolving needs of multiple MnDOT offices, and partner agencies, each having varied business processes.
