Summary:Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide Exterior Improvements to the Geneva Square Community located in the 700 Block of Geneva Ave. in Chesapeake, VA. IFB document Pick-Up and Submittal Return: Central Office, 1468 South Military Highway, Chesapeake, VA 23320. IFB documents will be ready for pick up Friday, January 24, 2025. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference held at 2:00 pm on Thursday February 13, 2025, at the Geneva Square Community Center located at 700 Geneva Ave. Chesapeake, VA 23323. The bid must be received in-hand and time-stamped in the CRHA Central Office located at 1468 S. Military Hwy. Chesapeake, VA 23320 no later than Friday February 28, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time. CRHA contact person: Art Harbin, Assistant Executive Director, 757-233-6412 fax: 757-523-1601.
