Request for Proposals
Public Private Partnership Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of The P3 Group, Inc., Developer, and H.E. Mitchell Construction Co, Inc., Construction Manager, on behalf of City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas Convention Center and Hotel Public Facilities Board, is soliciting subcontractor proposals for the construction of a 125 room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel located at 2 Convention Center Dr., Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

A new 73,400 sf Courtyard by Marriott modified prototype hotel is to be built and operated in conjunction with the existing Pine Bluff Conference Center. The new hotel will be 4 floors and consist of 125 rooms in all. The hotel will include a fitness center, a meeting room, bistro/bar, media pods, and dining area. Utilities for a future pool shall be provided and capped for future tie-in. The facility will include laundry services, a food preparation area, administrative offices and an employee break room.
There will be a covered walkway from the hotel to the adjacent conference center. Sitework will consist of a covered drop-off area with new standard and accessible parking in the front of the hotel and worked into the existing driveway access and existing parking areas. New building services to be pulled from existing lines for new use.
