Janitorial List Requirements for Air Transportation:
To submit a bid for Air Transportation a mandatory site visit is required to be scheduled with the Office Coordinator and after the visit, the vendor will be required to sign in showing proof of the visit. The Mandatory site visit date will be Monday February 9th from 8:30 to 4:00pm.
Here at Air Transportation, we have a main lobby, 6 offices along with a conference, two bathrooms and a kitchen, it sounds like a large office but really it is very easily maintained.
As you come through the main door, you will walk into the lobby,
Lobby:  the cleaning requirements are as follows, Vacuum, dust all tables and the tops of any pictures each visit. Wipe down the blinds once a month. Wipe down the coffee, snack stand, and all Door handles with Clorox wipes (for germs) each visit. Keep the refrigerator stocked with drinks (found in the closet) and restock the coffee station and snack station each visit.  Wipe down the door glass for fingerprints and remove trash from can each visit.
Office Coordinators office: Vacuum the office, dust the desk and any flat surfaces such as the hutch areas and pull trash each visit .
Chief Pilots office: Vacuum the office, dust flat surfaces and pull trash each visit.
Bathrooms: Sweep and mop both bathrooms, clean sinks and urinals, clean mirrors and wipe down bathroom stall doors, restock toilet tissue and paper towels and pull trash each visit.
The hallway is long, and it will need to be vacuumed each visit, in the hallway there is a cabinet with a small sink, it will need to be cleaned and wiped down with each visit.
Conference room and pilot offices: Will require vacuuming and dusting as well as pulling all trash with each visit.
Pilot office and Pilot lounge: Will require vacuuming, dusting and pulling trash each visit.
Mechanics offices: Vacuuming, dusting as needed and pulling trash each visit.
Kitchen: wipe down counters, table, and refrigerator door handles with anti-bacterial wipes as well as vacuum and dust each visit.

In general use Clorox wipes, all over the building where needed, door handles, counters and spray Lysol to maintain a fresh and clean smell throughout the building.
A cleaning cart is kept in the closet off the kitchen at the back of the office and it should stay fully stocked with cleaning supplies, as we provide those.
You will need to always communicate with the office Coordinator on the schedule for cleaning and if cleaning supplies are needed.  Typical dates for cleaning requested are Mondays and Thursdays, again unless flight schedule is busier than normal. Cleaning can only be performed between 8am and 3pm Monday – Thursday.
Also, in the hangar there is one office that will need Trash to be pulled weekly as well as then vacuumed once a month.  There is a sink that does require cleaning bi-weekly and a trash can that needs to be pulled for trash weekly.
In the hangar there is large trash bin that all trash can be disposed of there.
Currently cleaning is required two times a week, but depending on the office flight schedule, it may require three times. The office Coordinator will communicate if the third time is needed and when
This is just a TENTATIVE guideline; other things can and may be asked of the office coordinator if needed.
Service address is 4545 Hangar Ct., Montgomery, AL 36108. Monthly cleaning services to be billed monthly. Approximately 1500 square feet, 7 offices and 2 restrooms with a lobby and kitchen area.   Mandatory 2 times a week cleaning and Office Manager , Samantha Casey 334-353-6720, must be notified of date and time you will arrive each week for the mandatory cleaning.
