Veterans Affairs Architect-Engineer Services, Indefinite Delivery Contract

The Veterans Affairs Architect-Engineer Services, Indefinite Delivery Contract will provide specialized medical facility architecture, engineering, and planning services to support new construction, renovation, additions, alterations, and demolition of the following facility categories: Medical clinics, dental clinics, hospitals, medical laboratories, veterinary clinics, and similar facilities and their supporting infrastructure. Services are to be performed primarily in the home offices of the A-E firm. However, elements of the services may require travel to work sites and Government installations for the purposes of data collection, meetings, etc., at locations throughout the Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas as defined in FAR 2.101, “Definitions”. The period of performance is anticipated to be a total of 60 months, which will consist of a base ordering period for 24 months and one, 36 month optional ordering period.
