This requirement is for commercial and professional IT services in the operation and maintenance of HUD’s cloud-based Salesforce platform. HUD has several agency applications running on the platform and requires the support services to manage and
operate the platform. These applications are used by multiple program offices across the HUD agency.
The needed services provide continued Operations and Maintenance Support and transition out services. O&M support services and transition out services are being provided to ensure continuity during the transition period from the incumbent to the awardee.
The impacted HUD systems are as follows:
● Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP )
● Computerized Homes Underwriting Management System Project (CHUMS Lite)
● PIH Real Estate Assessment Center – Technical Assistance Center (REAC-TAC)
● Housing Information Portal (HIP)
● Enterprise Voucher Management System (eVMS)
The following tasks have been identified by HUD as necessary:
● Task 1: Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services
● Task 2: Transition Out Services
