The City of Everett is seeking written quotes from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control necessary to install pavement markings and traffic signage associated with the Neighborway Plans for Bizzarro Lane, May Street, Wellington Avenue, and West Street.

All work is pursuant to the requirements of M.G.L c. 30, 39M which requires written quotes for public works construction projects estimated between $10,000 and $50,000 and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Specifications, bid documents, and instructions will be available beginning October 7, 2026 via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City's website.

Project Estimate: $10,000 - $50,000

Seal Proposals will be received until October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Procurement Department City Hall, Room 6, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
