Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: New York



City: Ithaca



Delineated Area: Ithaca Central Business District



Space Type: Office



Space Size: 3,430 USF



Full Term: 10 Years



Firm Term: 5 Years



Option Term: 5 Years

The U.S. Government currently occupies office space in Ithaca, NY. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as cost likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs likely to beincurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productiveagency downtime.
