Supply Chain Management (SCM) General Products Branch is issuing ths RFQ for one (1) each T-ROC Equipment P/N HBM86 or equal. This is a Brand name or Equal procurement. If quoting an "or equal" product it is the responsiblilty of the quoting vendor to provide sufficient technical product data to allow for and "or equal" evaluation to be made. Failure to do so will result in your quote not being considered for award. Both attached RFQ documents must be filled out, signed and return no later than time of RFQ closing to be considered.
