Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide NNSY with RSMA Disposal Box and LS/TR Disposal Box as outlined in the attachments. The contractor shall provide the items as required by the specifications outlined in the attached Continuation Sheets and Attachment (A) drawings.
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive, and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated NAICS code is 332439 and FSC is 8145.
This is not a solicitation announcement and a contract will not be awarded from of this announcement. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information. The Government will not return any information submitted, nor will the Government compensate any company who responds to this Notice. Large and small companies that have experience with these services are encouraged to respond to this notice. If applicable, identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. By submitting information, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Furthermore, prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov.
