Deferred Entry of Judgment and Offender Treatment Programs

The County of Orange, Office of the District Attorney - Public Administrator (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Deferred Entry of Judgment and Offender Treatment Programs Training Services. It is a misdemeanor diversion program where defendants may be offered the opportunity to attend educational classes in lieu of fines and/or jail time and to have their charges dismissed upon completion of the courses. Misdemeanor diversion programs have been proven to address underlying issues that lead to low-level criminal behavior, thereby reducing the likelihood of recidivism, and thus improving public safety .

The propose schedule below is subject to change. Any changes to the schedule for the RFP process will be issued to all Respondents via addenda on the County's eProcurement Portal.
