The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) for the Active Quantitive Investment Management Services is to gather feedback and industry insights from interested and qualified offerors. The Government is seeking information that will assist in refining the requirement, validating acquisition assumptions, and determining the appropriate acquisition strategy.
This RFI is issued solely for planning and market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation in the future.
Interested vendors are invited to review Attachmnent 1 - Active QIMS Market Research Questions and provide complete responses to all questions included in the document. Responses should clearly address each question and provide supporting details where applicable.
All responses must be submitted via e-mail no later than March 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM UTC to Diahanna A. Bradley, at bradley.diahanna@pbgc.gov and Felicia Hurst, at hurst.felicia@pbgc.gov.
