Description
A.1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This shall result in a Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable Award (LPTA).

2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25625Q1470.

3. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05 (eff. 06/11/2025)

4. This requirement is Unrestricted Open Market. The North American Industry Classification System number is 325413 with a size standard of 1,250.

6. Period of Performance:

Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month optional performance periods. The Period of Performance reads as follows:Â
Base Year September 25th, 2025 thru September 24th, 2026
Option 1 September 25th, 2025 thru September 24th, 2027
Option 2 September 25th, 2027 thru September 24th, 2028
Option 3 September 25th, 2028 thru September 24th, 2029
Option 4 September 25th, 2029 thru September 24th, 2030

7. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Eugene Jackson at Eugene.Jackson2@va.gov no later than 3:00PM CST on 09 SEP 2025. Please ensure you ask ALL questions.

8. Quotes are due no later than 12 SEP 2025 at 3:00PM CST and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Eugene Jackson at eugene.jackson2@va.gov .

APPLICABLE Provisions and Clauses:

The provision at 52.212-1 Introduction to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
