Market Survey: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has an upcoming requirement for crane support services with operator at the DFW-A ATCT located at DFW Airport, TX 75261. The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals currently. The responses will be used to develop the source list for this requirement.
The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any costs associated with the market survey submission solely at the interested vendor's expense.
The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all business sizes to include large business, small business, and all categories of small businesses, capable of providing the services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. This market survey is also being conducted to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside competition among small businesses. The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or a set-aside will be chosen depending on the responses to the market survey. Provide a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable.
To make this determination the FAA requires the following from the interested vendors:

Types of service provided by your firm
Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performances specifically with Crane Services with similar lift experience as required on this market survey)
Number of years in business
All responses to this market survey must be received by May 9, 2025 12:00 PM CDT. All submittals should be submitted by email to Bryon Nolan at bryon.r.nolan@faa.gov. The Market Survey Identifier DFW-A-Crane-2025 should be provided along with the submitted information on the email subject line header.
