Request for Information (RFI): SWIM Central Registration Software

Project Description: This is a Request for Information (RFI). This is not a request for pricing or a purchase commitment.
This Request for Information (RFI) is requesting information regarding a potential Broward County solicitation for the Parks and Recreation Division (Division). The Division is requesting information which will assist in developing the scope of services, locating vendors, and receiving additional project details, including but not limited to the following:
Advise on your firm’s interest and ability to provide the services as outlined in the attached Potential Scope of Services.
What information would you suggest to assist the Division in further developing the Scope of Services (i.e. type of licenses, etc.)? Indicate if there are any unique features from your firm’s system or other related services that the Division may want to consider that are comparable in nature to the Scope of Services.
Provide your firm’s estimation on the time needed for the type of services being requested. Provide details (estimated number of hours) for the following roles:
a. Project Manager
b. Business analysis
c. Application development
d. Application testing/quality assurance
e. Others
