This nRFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for the Provision of Event Management Services for the FIFA Fan Festival 2026 in Toronto as further described in the nRFP documents.
Suppliers may submit a Bid with respect to the following TWO scopes of work: 1) Site Production Delivery which encompasses the design, construction, delivery and operational management of the festival site and event, ensuring all infrastructure—including but not limited to staging, screens, audience areas, and hospitality spaces—is efficiently executed while adhering to safety, accessibility, and regulatory requirements. 2) Programming Delivery which focuses on curating and managing a dynamic lineup of live entertainment, cultural activations, and interactive experiences that celebrate Toronto’s diversity while aligning with FIFA’s global branding. |
