The Plymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for Elevator Maintenance and Repairs Service Contract for the Plymouth Housing Authority in Plymouth, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents herein.
The estimated annual value of this Contract is 10,000.00 dollars.
All Quotes are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.149 44A H, M.G.L. c.30 and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Request for Quotes.
Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
All Quotes should be submitted via email to gmcgowan(at)plymha.org or delivered to Plymouth Housing Authority, 130 Court Street, Plymouth MA 02360 and received no later than the date and time specified above. Quotes may be emailed, hand delivered or mailed.
Contract Documents will be available for pick-up at 130 Court Street after 9 AM Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
Sites are available by appointment only.
All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to Greg McGowan no later than 2:00 PM Thursday, October 24, 2024 Questions and requests for interpretations may be responded to via addendum, as determined by the Owner.
