A task order exceeding SAT and supported by a limited-sources justification has been placed for the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Diplomatic Security Service Directorate, Operations Planning and Innovation Office (DS/DSS/OPI). IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(2), this notice is published IAW FAR 5.301, includes the limited-sources justification, and will remain active for a minimum of 30 days.
The Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Diplomatic Security Service Program office has a requirement to provide software support for the DS Geospatial database. The DS Geospatial database provides geospatial information for DS Directorates and other Bureaus in the Department of State. In order to ensure service, the Contractor will use web-based ArcGIS applications to meet DS objectives. This is a software support and labor related contract maintenance and support ability to monitor network utilization, performance issues, traffic, outages, etc.
