Solicitation Description:

Schertz-Cibolo-UniversalCity ISD (District) is soliciting proposals to select multiple firms to providecharter bus services on an “as needed” basis. These services will includetransportation to approved activities throughout the state of Texas, withprimary charters around Central Texas and surrounding areas. The purpose ofthis solicitation is to establish fixed pricing for the duration of theanticipated contract term.

The district intends toaward contracts to multiple qualified proposers to establish a pool of charterservice providers. This approach aims to ensure availability at the requiredtimes and dates for various schools and departments, while securing the mostcompetitive rates for each trip.
