SMALL-CAP EQUITY GROWTH INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE SMALL CAP EQUITY FUND

The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) is seeking qualified vendors to provide US small-cap equity growth investment management services for the Small Cap Equity Fund (“the Fund”) investment option of the Plan. The objective of the Fund is to provide long term growth of capital by investing primarily in the stocks of smaller rapidly growing companies. Eastern Time on March 31, 2025. Consistent with the policies expressed by the City, proposals from certified minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses or proposals that include partnering arrangements with certified minority-owned and/or women-owned firms are encouraged.  Additionally, proposals from small and New York City-based businesses are also encouraged.
