The City of Oakland, Department of Public Works, Parks & Trees Division is seeking qualified firms to provide professional vegetation management services within the City’s Wildfire Prevention Zone. Services will cover approximately 600 acres of City-owned land and nearly 300 miles of roadways. Work requirements will vary throughout the year based on seasonal and vegetation growth. Certain activities should anticipate increased service demands during the summer and fall months due to heightened vegetation growth and senescence.
