DRC-Sod Installation Service - DRC270082-OPI Administration Building-LoCI

The Ohio Penal Industries (OPI) Administration Center is seeking bids for ground preparation and sod installation services  for approximately 36,000 square feet of sod, All bidders must attend the mandatory site visit to have their proposal considered for award.

Offerors must review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all required documentation via OhioBuys.

All bids and inquiries must be submitted through OhioBuys. The solicitation adheres to the dates provided in OhioBuys, shall any changes in the dates be necessary, such information will be posted in OhioBuys as well.

Please review the questionnaire and attach requested documentation if possible. Failure to do so will NOT disqualify any proposals; however, the awarded contractor must be able to supply these requested documents before finalizing any contracts.

REQUIRED SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at the OPI Administration Center located at 2210 Old Springdield Rd., London OH 43140. The purpose of this site visit is to survey the facility and discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The site visit will commence promptly at 10:00 AM EST, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the site visit. Attendance will be recorded. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to their arriving after the site visit has convened.
