The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting “Statements of Qualifications” from engineering consulting firms to provide Consultant Engineering services for Storm Sewer District 125 – Hacienda Hills Outfall Improvements. Interested firms must submit five (5) bound copies and one digital copy of their qualifications by 4:00 pm, June 26, 2026 to:

Provide the City of Minot with preliminary, design, and construction engineering services for Storm Sewer District 125 – Hacienda Hills Outfall Improvements. The project will consist of storm water drainage and conveyance improvements for the Hacienda Hills outfall which begins just east of 13th St SE and north of 18th Ave SE. Severe erosion is occurring from the storm sewer outfalls down the coulee to Valley St (US Highway 52 Business).
