Please find the full RFQ on the WestCOG website: https://westcog.org/procurements/ Notice is hereby given that the Western Connecticut Council of Governments (WestCOG) has released Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2026-06-05 to identify and select a qualified vendor to develop a regional freight plan for the WestCOG Region. Consultant is requested to review studies and plans relevant to freight movement already prepared by other governmental and industry sources.
