P-216BVRC - Design Build for Brownsville Recreation Center. This project will include full demolition of the existing recreational center building and Golden Age Center, including cutting, capping and abandoning of all utility lines. A new 74,000+ SF rec center with indoor pool and two gym/basketball courts will be designed and constructed.
