GRIP Project at 21 N. Main St., Gloversville, NY

We are seeking bids on the renovation project at 21 N. Main St., Gloversville, NY.

The scope of work of this project consists of interior and exterior maintenance and restoration at the facades, and interior improvements at the basement and first floor levels. The exterior work includes repairs to the stone water table, restoration of the basement windows and grilles, and restoration of the Main Street entry including new entry doors. Interior work includes new and reconfigured stairs. Interior work will include plumbing, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure for future toilet rooms, a new fire protection system at the basement and first floor levels and other work indicated.

Contract Documents may be examined in either electronic or paper format. Bidders will be able to access the project on-line at the Printer’s website https://www.godataflow.com/nyplanroom/ where the bid set, addenda, and current bidder log may be viewed by following the links to ‘visit the planroom’ and then ‘public jobs.’

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Project Site, 21 North Main St. Gloversville, NY 12078 on Tuesday, December 10th at 10am The meeting is mandatory for all bidders. Any questions prior to this pre-bid meeting can be directed to Ahmed Mohamedali at amohamedali@trw-arch.com .

Sealed bids are due to Gloversville City Hall by December 17, 2024, for a bid opening at 2 p.m.
