Description
Contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to completely remove and replace the roof systems on five (5) pier house structures (identified as Pier Houses 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7) at the Winfield Locks and Dam facility. This project requires the installation of a new structural deck and a completely new roofing system to restore watertight integrity, ensure long-term structural reliability, extend the service life of the facilities, and reduce future maintenance needs.
