PURPOSE
James City County is soliciting information for a software/cloud platform or system solution to organize and
track case file information, which is easy to use and navigate, will generate documents to be used both in and
out of court, as well as provide long term digital storage of case files. The solution would allow for scanning of
additional information into cases, as well as adding various types of media to case files. This program would be
a powerful database that will generate reports and statistics within selected parameters and would have a robust
search engine. In addition, the solution would allow all team members to access case data and update case file
information to fulfill workflow responsibilities. Desirable features also include electronic discovery capabilities,
and minimization of the need for paper records. Additionally, it is to…
