The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) United States Property & Fiscal Office-Contracting Division (USPFP-C) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for non-personal services to perform all work in connection with the Parts Washers Maintenance and Solvent Services at the Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (MO AVCRAD) in Springfield, Missouri.
The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested small business sources and gather feedback on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This notice is for planning purposes only and the Government will not pay for any information gathered as a result of this notice.
The project includes providing all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, material, supplies, transportation, general, and specialized equipment and clothing required to perform all work in connection with the Parts Washers Maintenance and Solvent Services. Services under the proposed contract shall include cleaning of six (6) government owned parts washer equipment on a scheduled service interval of every six (6) months (2 services per year); providing of and refilling the government owned machines with Mil Spec solvent; providing of the Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping containers for use in the removal of spent solvent; providing of all necessary drum labels and DOT shipping documents; transportation of spent solvent; and proper disposal of spent solvent in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
The proposed period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years.
