Request for Quotes 2026-24OCD Annex Cleaning

The city of Holyoke is seeking qualified cleaning vendors to perform a thorough cleaning of a previously unoccupied office space. The cleaning should ensure all surfaces and floors are restored to a clean, safe, and sanitary condition suitable for occupancy. Space may have had prior minor water-related issues; vendors should ensure cleaning addresses any residual effects while maintaining standard cleaning practices. Services to include  General Cleaning: Dust, wipe, and sanitize all surfaces from floor to ceiling, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, fixtures, exterior vents, bathrooms, & kitchenette. Flooring: Carpet: Deep cleaning (steam/hot water extraction), stain removal as needed. Tile/Other: Scrubbing, sanitizing and grout cleaning.Hardwood: Sweeping, mopping, and polishing without damaging finishes.  Surface Maintenance: Inspect and clean surfaces for any minor residual effects of previous moisture exposure (e.g., odor) Products & Safety: Use environmentally safe products compliant with Massachusetts workplace regulations. Waste Management: Proper disposal of debris and cleaning materials. Selected contractor must have all equipment to perform services.

A Non-Mandatory but HIGHLY recommended site visit will be held on December 9th, 2025 at 10AM on the 4th floor of the City Hall Annex Building, located at 20 Korean Veterans Plaza, Holyoke, MA 01040. This project is being funded using Federal Funds. Respondents will be verified for their eligibility to receive Federal Funds and must comply with all Federal requirements.   Submissions are due ELECTRONICALLY NO LATER THAN 2PM (EST) on Thursday December 18th, 2025. The city reserves the right to reject any and all quotes if in the city's best interest.
