The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Aerial Seeding Services on 9,310 acres in San Juan County, Utah, according to Attachment B: Scope of Work.
Mandatory Site Visit: NO.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost per Acre.
Length of Contract: November 25, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through the completion of the project.
