APA for Purchase Of Uniforms - City Wide Departments

The City of College Station is soliciting Request for Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and qualified to provide work uniform purchases to various City Department Employees on an “as needed” request. It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a vendor(s) to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal, with a store front in Bryan or College Station, TX city limits, catalog and or online website. All items are to be purchased in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.

The City of College Station anticipates annual expenditure for this annual price agreement to be approximately $150,000. Orders will be placed by the City of College Station on an “As/If Needed” basis and paid via contract pricing via a purchase order.
