Description:
SUNY Brockport intends to purchase a JCB 4CX-14 Super backhoe loader from a contract awarded by Sourcewell pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalents may, if interested, contact Mark Stacy to discuss the procurement.
