Commercial Plumbing & Kitchen-Laundry Equipment Services

SIGA is seeking an experienced, certified, licensed, and qualified vendor to provide inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance services for commercial general plumbing equipment and systems, refrigerated food service equipment, gas and electric kitchen equipment, and gas laundry equipment, for the Bear Claw Casino & Hotel (hereinafter referred to as “BCCH) located at White Bear First Nation, SK-9, Carlyle, SK S0C 0R0. (Approx. 15 km north of Carlyle, SK.).

The Work may include, but not limited to, the following elements:

• On-call, as needed, when requested, and 24/7/365 emergency services (including during extreme weather conditions):
• Inspection, testing, repair and preventative maintenance.
• If/when requested annual inspection and preventative maintenance to Plumbing equipment and systems, Food Service Refrigeration Equipment, Gas & Electric Kitchen Equipment, and Gas Laundry Equipment.
• Provide a fully documented report after each inspection and preventative maintenance.
• Remove and dispose of old plumbing parts as required.
• Supply and install necessary new plumbing parts. All parts and equipment must be CSA or UL Certified.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify that all plumbing-related services are functioning within professional standards, and to identify issues such as poor operation, leaks, safety hazards, code violations, physical damage, and the general condition of components.
• Provide the required materials and parts necessary to perform the work.
  • Parts may be supplied, through the service provider at cost plus, or by the casino Facilities Dept.
• Provide detailed estimates and Invoices (See Appendix 2 for a sample Invoice).
• Perform additional plumbing-related services as identified by BCCH Asset Protection Manager (APM).
