The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:

“Water Treatment Chemicals”

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked " Water Treatment Chemicals " with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall.

Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
