Description

All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All items shall include standard warranty. Repairs will be completed in accordance with industry standards. Vendors shall be following all EPA and OSHA standards and requirements. SDS and any other required documents must be on site. Vendors must be properly insured to cover any losses for GSA vehicles that are in their shop. Valid business license(s) is required in accordance with state and local guidelines. All employees of selected vendor must be paid in accordance with local Department of Labor established wages. Please see Bill of Materials (BOM).

- 9'4" long X 96" wide for Ford 60" CA dual rear wheel chassis

- 1/8" treadplate floor

- 54" wide floor cargo area

- 12 gauge cross sills

- Gooseneck hitch turnover Ball rated at 30,000 lbs gross trailer weight, 7500 lbs

tongue weight

- Class V bumper 3" receiver hitch rated at 18,000 LBS

- 7-way plug factory wired at rear of the body

- Front compartment size: 60"H x 35-1/4"L x 18-3/4"D

- Top compartment size: 9.23"H x 63"L x 18-3/4"D

- Rear compartment size: 20"H x 24"L x 18-3/4"D

- Continuous stainless steel hinges

- 12" slam tailgate

- LED marker lights and license plate light

- LED S/T/T and B/U lights with integrated strobes in the rear skirt

- Ford Installation kit for PGTD body

- Bulkhead includes risers on both sides of bulkhead to keep pipe from rolling off.

- Rear pipe rack pockets

- Workbench bumper with full pass through

- Knap white finish paint with undercoating

- Over-the-cab design

- Cross bars every 4' minimum

- Load containment risers at rear, middle, bulkhead and front

- Heavy duty weld-on 2"x4" stake pocket style tie-down anchors on outside of left

- Removable rear portion to allow operation with gooseneck trailer
