2025 Concrete Maintenance for Pave Areas: Repairs

Project Description: The City of West Jordan on behalf of the Public Works Department (OWNER) is seeking bids from qualified concrete contractors holding an E100 or S260 contractor’s license to repair concrete work located in areas planned for paving in Summer 2025. Concrete work will include pumping/mud-jacking and curb & gutter and sidewalk. The City will provide access to our online GIS tracking of hazards to update and track work in the field in real-time. A separate bid will be published to perform concrete replacements for areas that cannot be pumped or ground. Both contractors will be working in the same areas using the same GIS tracking system.
