Millcreek addresses community flooding complaints by implementing a new storm drain system along Siggard Avenue, extending toward 1720 East and Orchard Drive. This initiative aims to manage excess rainfall and prevent water accumulation on roadways and flooding homes. The project will improve overall drainage in the area and maintain safe conditions for residents. The project will include the installation of drainage inlets, piping, and other necessary infrastructure.
