Roof Improvements and Building Envelope Sealant Replacements at WHS, HCMS and Eanes History Center - Request for (JOC) Quote

Project Description: The Eanes Independent School District (EISD) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for roofing and general construction services to support ROOF IMPROVEMENTS AND BUILDING ENVELOPE SEALANT REPLACEMENTS AT WESTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL (PARTIAL), HILL COUNTRY MIDDLE SCHOOL (PARTIAL) AND EANES HISTORY CENTER. Only respondents holding an active Job Order Contract (JOC) through an approved purchasing cooperative or participating Central Texas Purchasing Alliance district will be considered.
A site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 9:30 AM (CST). All interested contractors will meet at the Westlake High School (WHS) Stadium parking lot, behind the scoreboard. The walkthrough will proceed in the following order: Westlake HS, Hill Country MS and then Eanes History Center. Vendors are encouraged to arrive on time, as the group will proceed promptly through the scheduled locations.
