Description
GENERAL: C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center has a requirement for (2) UPS unit and associated equipment. The contractor will provide all parts, labor, materials, tools, testing equipment and supervision to furnish/remove/replace/install the UPS power supply.
SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all new parts, labor, materials, tools testing equipment and qualified supervision to furnish/remove/install qty. (2) UPSs in Bldg. 100.
The contractor shall remove all damaged equipment and materials prior to installation of new equipment.
Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of the old or unused equipment and materials that are removed.
The contractor shall provide written documentation of where and how the materials are disposed of.
The contractor shall be responsible for the delivery, staging, and set up of the new equipment.
The contractor shall supply a complete work plan for review.
The contractor shall be responsible for any repairs to the facility that are caused during the execution of this work.
The contractor shall supply a temp. UPS if needed so as to not interrupt the operation of the hospital.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: UPS #1: The contractor shall provide all materials to remove/replace/install (1) EATON IPM Model 30 30KVA. Old equipment is located in Service Bay 2-4 NUC Med. Quotes will be submitted with a complete breakout of costs to determine cost reasonableness.
EQUIPMENT: New equipment shall include the following:
(1) UPS 30 KVA/27KW 208/120 (3PH + N) S3u-30-A4-SW IGBT high frequency with PFC control.
(1) Internal Batteries, 8 min. at full load.
(1) Ethernet connection SNMP V3 (slot in Card)
(4) Switch Load, MBY, Input and Bypass.
Any and all misc. items required to complete repairs.
UPS #2: The contractor shall provide all materials to remove/replace/install (1) Liebert NXB20 20 KVA. Old Equipment is in Service Bay 2-2 Radiology.
New equipment shall include the following:
(1) UPS 30 KVA/27KW 208/120 (3PH + N) S3u-30-A4-SW IGBT high frequency with PFC control.
(1) Internal Batteries, 8 min. at full load.
(1) Ethernet connection SNMP V3 (slot in Card)
(4) Switch Load, MBY, Input and Bypass.
Any and all misc. items required to complete repairs.
