Description
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.Energy consulting services in the subject area of Producer Allowable Costs to support the implementation of the BC’s New Royalty Framework. Services include: Support for the implementation of a new Allowable Cost methodology, contrasting it with current domestic and international best practices. Evaluate Allowable Cost assessment alternatives that could be used by the Crown for royalty calculations in the new royalty framework. Includes an assessment of appropriate cost allowances or deductions where needed.
