Description: This is a single-prime project for General Construction work. This contract shall consist of providing all materials, equipment, and labor for repairs to the Seneca St Parking Deck. The work for GENERAL CONSTRUCTION shall include, but is not limited to, concrete slab repairs, concrete wall repairs, concrete beam repairs, waterproofing repairs, deck coating installation and other associated repair work.
