Notice Inviting Requests for Proposals
The City seeks proposals from qualified consultants to develop objective standards for residential and mixed-use projects. The objective design standards will be used to evaluate whether a proposed project will be compatible with the unique character of Pacific Grove and reflect appropriate development that enhances rather than detracts from the built environment of the City. The objective design standards will serve as a framework for evaluating how projects fit the community.
