eDiscovery Application

Project Description: The City Attorney’s Office seeks to procure a modern, cloud-based eDiscovery solution that enables end-to-end, defensible handling of electronically stored information (ESI) for both public records requests and litigation matters. The solution will replace the current eDiscovery system, which is nearing end of life, and will have both eDiscovery and litigation hold capabilities. The intent is to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of document intake, processing, review, analysis, and production, while reducing risk and total cost of ownership.
