Economic Development Services

Project Description: McKinley County is seeking proposals from qualified economic development organizations, firms, or partnerships to serve as the County's lead provider of comprehensive economic development services. The selected contractor will partner with County leadership to advance strategic economic development initiatives that promote private investment, business retention and expansion, job creation, industrial and commercial development, and long-term economic growth.
Services include strategic planning, business recruitment and retention, TradePort and industrial park development, site readiness, economic development marketing, grant and funding assistance, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of projects hat strengthen the county's economic competitiveness. The contractor will also provide ongoing reporting, performance tracking, and technical expertise to support the county's economic development priorities.
