Summary
The work under this project consists of asphalt pavement resurfacing at various designated locations throughout the City. This is a standalone multi-phase infrastructure initiative. As portions of this project may be federally funded this phase and future phases must be in full compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act.
Background
All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Monday, September 7, 2026 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/295905 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
