Access Road and Site Improvements at Quonset State Airport (OQU)

The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking Request for Qualifications from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering and related services for the development of an access road and associated site improvements at Quonset State Airport (OQU).

The selected Consultant will provide services necessary to advance the project from initial planning and conceptual development through design, bidding, construction, and project closeout. Services are anticipated to include, but are not limited to, site investigation and assessment, conceptual and preliminary design, environmental and permitting support, final design engineering, preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications, construction cost estimating, bid document preparation, bidding and award support, construction administration and engineering support, and project closeout.
