Project Description: Forsyth County, Georgia is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide all materials, equipment and labor for the Water & Sewer Interior Renovations in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”). A mandatory pre-bid site visit will take place Monday, May 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Water & Sewer Maintenance Building located at 4050 County Way, Cumming, GA 30028.
